Krista Ruepp

German author born in Cologne in 1947. She has a teaching degree and has worked in the world of editing, advertising and marketing. She now writes modern pony stories, most of which have been translated into English and published here and in the USA. She has her own Arabian horse.

Krista Ruepp has her own website in German language. It can be translated by Google although this is not wholly accurate. Also the site is not very comprehensive.

Apologies for the rather sketchy publishing information. It is quite hard to find the original publishing information for many of the books if one does not speak German! If anyone has any other information please let me know.

Collector's Info:
I am not sure if The Sea Pony had a British edition. I haven't seen any and its not easy to find in the UK. The other two are reasonably easy to find in the UK and the USA, especially on Amazon. There are also a couple of other titles not published in English entitled STORMREITER and LAURA UND DER FACKELRITT which can be found in the UK. I don't have any publishing information for these but they can be purchased on Amazon for German language readers.
